"Lise Roy was responsable for the renovation of our basement at 35 Howland rd, Riverdale. She took an old basement and turned it into a marvelous and funstional art studio.
Lise designed the plans, recommended the various working teams and supervised the entire project. We made several changes as we went along and Lise was always accommodating and coming up with a solution that met our needs.
Lise knows all the details of the project and is in full control of all the steps and coordinates the work teams, wich were all excellent and efficient. Lise is also very knowledgeable about structural issues, electrical intricaces, lighting, cabinets specifications, floorings and all materials needed to complete the renovation.
Lise is a perfectionist and eager to meet the needs of the client. Lise always suggested alternative solutions to be discussed but then took care of ordering and obtaining the chosen material.
We were completely satisfied with the renovation. The space is functional, bright, cheerful and very pleasant to work in. All my artist friends are envious of our new studio.
